These Terms govern your use of Aquoric's website tools and GPXCompass (the "App"), an Android navigation application presented by Aquoric ("we", "us", "our"), including updates or new versions made available for them.

Aquoric's web tools are provided for viewing, planning, converting and downloading route files in your browser. You may use them for personal, educational or ordinary non-commercial route-planning purposes. You are responsible for checking any converted, downloaded or generated GPX/KML file before relying on it outdoors or importing it into another device.
Camino de Santiago route data is provided under the attribution shown on the website and in the GPX metadata, including FEAACS CC-BY 4.0 where indicated. Third-party maps, images, fonts and libraries remain subject to their own licences and terms.
GPXCompass and the Aquoric web tools are designed as aids for outdoor route planning and navigation-related preparation, especially for activities such as hiking, pilgrimage and cycling. Some features depend on online maps, browser capabilities, device permissions or mobile data coverage.
The website and App are supplementary information tools. You are solely responsible for:
Important: Aquoric tools and GPXCompass are not intended or certified for life-critical situations, emergency services, aviation, maritime navigation or rescue operations. They are not primary navigation tools for remote, off-grid or fully offline expeditions. They do not replace official maps, marked paths, local signage, professional guidance or appropriate safety preparation.

We do not guarantee that Aquoric or GPXCompass will be error-free, uninterrupted or always available, or that GPS positions, elevation data, maps, route conversions, downloaded GPX files, route recommendations, route deviation alerts or coverage alerts will be accurate, complete or triggered under every condition.

All content, design, code, trademarks, logos and other materials included in or forming part of GPXCompass are the property of Aquoric or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos or brand elements without our prior written permission.
GPXCompass uses Google Maps Platform / Google Play services to provide live map and related functionality. The Aquoric website may use third-party services and resources such as OpenStreetMap/CARTO, OpenTopoMap, Esri imagery, Photon/Komoot geocoding, Google Forms, Google Fonts, Leaflet, JSZip and CDN-hosted libraries. These third-party services are governed by their own terms, licences and privacy policies. Your use of them through Aquoric or the App is subject to those applicable terms, including the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms and Google Privacy Policy where relevant.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aquoric web tools and GPXCompass are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

If you are dissatisfied with the website or App, your sole remedy is to stop using the relevant tool and, where applicable, uninstall the App from your device.
We may update Aquoric or GPXCompass from time to time to add features, fix bugs or improve performance. Updates may modify or remove existing features. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the website or App after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate your license to use GPXCompass if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App from your device. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
